nothing good
about
the necessity
for this withdrawal
beyond its reputation
as
the mother of invention.
Bled dry
of incentive
though once
self generating
now spent
not squandered
I hope
nothing left
for anyone
to fight over
which may be
the saving grace
of
this expenditure
becoming something
in this world
no one is ready
to kill
or die for.
