I arrived at
the summit
meeting
no women
were present.
Werewolves
vampires
elves
others
and humans
not a slut
sweetheart
mother
sister
daughter
single woman
or mastermind
among them.
I knew
we were in trouble
nothing needed
possible
and left
before
anyone present
discovered my disgust
necessitating
my removal
so
like minds
could
get on with
why
they had gathered
the soul
of the world
sundered
before the gavel fell.
