We have
lost touch with
God
in part
because
we regard dreams
as a variety
of the unreal
or detritus
instead of a medium
for the voice
we have been praying
would take notice
and
acting otherwise
requires that understanding
called interpretation
an effort
not to be
underestimated
because
integrity
a prerequisite
cannot be faked
repugnant as that is
and
who can be bothered?
