When
a contract
the party
of
the first part
and
the party of
the second part
enter into
detailing expectations
each
can depend on
the other
living up to
fails
because
some ill will
one party
has concealed from
him or herself
that pre-dates
the arrangement
entered into
is revealed
at last
a consequence of
one party's
continuing proximity
to the other
then
the conviction
that
good faith
was ever the basis
for a creation
of the future
must be suspect.
